This is the training program for you! Our Couch to 5k Training Program is designed for beginner runners with no or little running experience. Our program will gradually build your fitness. By the end of the 10 week program you will be able to complete a 5k road race. We’ll help you maintain a steady running/walking routine in a structured fun, environment.
The training program costs $99 and includes:
- A detailed, 10-week training plan designed for new runners
- Weekly meetings with our running coach to ask questions and discuss issues
- Weekly group runs with other new runners led by our coach
- 15% off all Run On Hudson Valley purchases during the length of the program
- Asics demo and discount night
- A Run On Hudson Valley technical, short-sleeve shirt
- A positive, fun, and supportive group to keep you motivated!
The next 5k training program begins on Sunday, March 5th at 8 am and ends on Sunday, May 7th.
There will be an information session on Saturday, February 25th at 11:00 am for anyone with questions about the program.
