The training program is designed for runners preparing for a spring 1/2 marathon. Whether it’s your first or you just want to run your next one faster, our 10 week program will help you complete a 1/2 marathon.
This program will provide a structured training plan leading to a goal 1/2 marathon.
The training program costs $75 through Feb 17th, $99 after and includes:
- A detailed, 10-week training plan designed for runners training for a 1/2 marathon
- Weekly meetings with our running coach to ask questions and discuss any issues that arise
- Weekly group runs led by our coach with other runners
- 15% off all Run On Hudson Valley purchases during the length of the program
- Shoe brand (TBD) demo and discount day
- A Run On Hudson Valley technical, short-sleeve shirt
- A positive, fun, and supportive group to keep you motivated!
The 1/2 Marathon Training Program starts on Sunday, March 4th at 8 am and ends on Sunday, May 6th.
