I would recommend this program to anyone who wants to get started. You start slow and ramp your way up. People attend with all levels of abilities. This training program is a way off your couch and back into shape. –Alex
I went from barely making it thru a 4 mile run, to completing a 1/2 marathon in 12 weeks with the help of Ben and Wendi. This was a fun, effective training program that I would highly recommend. –Molly
Wendi and Ben were great coaches for the program. I loved that we ran different routes from week to week for a change in scenery.
