Return & Refund Policy:

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Non-eletronic items in new or like-new condition can be refunded in full. Slightly used items can be returned for store credit.

Defective products can be returned and will be exchanged for a replacement or store credit.

Electronic items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including the UPC code being intact) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals,and accessories. Defective items may be exchanged for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model.

Discounted or sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Please use a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance to ensure items are properly returned. Returned items that don’t meet the above criteria and are returned will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Training Programs

You may drop out and/or cancel your training program at any time. The training program fee will be refunded for the full amount prior to the program’s designated start date. After the start date, the training program fee will be refunded on a pro-rated, weekly basis depending on when you drop out of the program.
