Marathoner on Sabbatical / Owner
Ben was an avid Nordic skier in high school and started running as a way to stay in shape during the spring, summer, and fall. After a long hiatus, he started running again 8 years ago and hasn’t looked back since. Ben has completed 9 marathons along with numerous 1/2s, 10ks, and 5ks. When he’s not tending the store or chasing after his young son, you can find him exploring the trails along Fishkill Ridge near his home in Beacon.
Track Junkie / Staff
Kaitlyn was first introduced to running when she competed in her school district’s 5th grade cross-country and track meets. While at high school in Mahopac, Kaitlyn specialized in the 1500, 800, and steeplechase. Kaitlyn attended the College of Saint Rose where she ran both cross-country and track on scholarship. Her main focus now is the half-marathon, but she runs a variety of races from the mile up. When she is not busy training or racing (or working at the store), she can be found coaching cross-country and track at Mahopac High School.
